I try to follow a Mediterranean diet as much as I can I'm in. Italy it's more easy by the way the prices of olive oil are really increased a lot also here but abroad are really incredible, but I have a problem too with carbo and sugars unfortunately I love to much eating pizza and lasagna 🤣

Same here, incredible but true, here in Paraguay we copy the Italian food but not the Spaniard even when they colonized this continent. Pasta and beer is always a great match here 😆
