In short, we are what we consume.

Sugar is good for the body- I mean a good amount of it but when it exceeds the normal level our body system can accommodate then it becomes a huge defect to our body.

I know of a friend that feeds more on junks than food because of his eating habit from cradle- it's so impossible for him to put a stop to it now.
Do you know what he usually does to eradicate it?He hits the gym every blessed morning.
Exercise is the most safest way to burn out sugars in the body because technically, almost all of our intakes contains sugar.
