RE: The Leo finance proposal: to vote or not to vote?

Greetings, I am very new to Hive, I have not had the opportunity to publish as I would like because 5% of my posts are not voted on very often and leaving them with 5% would affect me even more, for that reason I do not publish there, that is a disadvantage that I have experienced firsthand, I am unaware of the others, I do not have much knowledge of the Leofinance situation, only what I have experienced myself.
