The funny thing about paintings is that, it can be used to describe things in ways words can't. It carries pictorial effect and it is easier to memorize and image than words. When a painting is used to target a race or religion, only those that are targeted can fully feel the full extent of the insult, everyone else will be like "It is just a painting.
