I got a good laugh at the Doc Martens. I owned a pair or two. I still have a pair of sandals. I found them to be of good quality and yes they were spendy.
King of the Hill. I watched a few of them but really didn't get into it too much. Weezer, Foo Fighters (The Best of You..playing in my head now), and Rob Zombie very popular and I often listened to all.

They weren't cheap, and they are still around and still not cheap. Glad you liked some of the music, good old rock n roll and you can't go wrong!
