RE: The Dictator || Unhinged Comedy At Its Finest

What a movie that is both absurd and funny. I don't know if it's because I recognize a real-life governor who could be like the protagonist of this film, or if it's because his level of humor is delirious. It's one of those comedy movies that not everyone talks about that is worth watching.
