Thank you for this! I'd just add one thing, that day wasn't really about needing approval in disguise, it was realizing I still cared even with zero approval available. That's why I called it something quieter, more like a standard I hold for myself, not performance. Appreciate you catching the self-reflection part though @cautiva-30
