An incredibly annoying workday... my training diary entry from November 2 2026

My friend found them as puppies in a cardboard box by the side of the road and raised them. They are now over six months old and have made that place their permanent home.)}

Hi Actifitters,

unfortunately, yesterday’s training session had to be cancelled. I can’t remember the last time I had such an annoying day at work. Even though I was working from home, yesterday was incredibly stressful. It felt like there wasn’t a single 10-minute stretch where I wasn’t in full-on hustle mode. Let’s hope something like this doesn’t happen again anytime soon.

Mission 80 (Day 127 = 88.6 kg / Goal = 80.0 kg / Initial weight = 90.0 kg / Total loss = 1.4 kg)

There has been no change here since yesterday. However, I am highly motivated to ensure that my weight begins to steadily trend downward again from this point on.

Since I haven’t trained since Saturday morning—yet again—that needs to change starting today. No matter what today has in store for me, I am going to exercise.
