Hello, mighty Splinterlandians! This time for our weekly battle challenge we have a new ruleset named Heavy Hitters. This one can be really useful, but from my experience in Splinterlands (over 15k manual games), I rarely see any stunners in the teams while this ruleset is present.
Isn't that strange? I would say no. Why? Well, it's really hard to pull the stun and the next hit on a stunned monster! So let's start with the basics.
When this ruleset is present all of your monsters receive the ability "Knock out" which means if you damage the stunned monster your damage will be DOUBLED! Sounds awesome right, now these are some cons for this ability:
Pros:
Since the 3 possible rule sets are available I mostly focus on the other ones since getting a combo can be tricky one. You will see in my battle where I used a stun creature how I didn't manage to get one double dmg π
Before my big battle let's see all the creatures(49) that have stun abilities:
As you can see, a lot of cards have stun ability, some of them on lower levels which makes it quite useful in your battles. Speaking of battles, check out mine battle!
For this battle, I used the Dragon Jumper, very fast hitter and stunner! Sadly he wasn't luck to stun π’
Even tho the heal isn't available I used Oshur to prevent blast damage and ensured that I will have 2 resurrecters in the team so Exile and Dragon Jumper can do their job which they did!
As I already said, not a fan of this rule set and mostly focus on other ones if they are available but, if you bring enough stunners it can be REALLY FUN ruleset!
Thank you for dedicating your time to reading my post. Let's go Splinterlands!!!
