Hello Splinters, I'm Lagnarok, Welcome to my Social Media Challenge. After a week's vacuum from this Challenge Activity, I want to tell you a story about Chicken the Hero today. Battle Between Fire and Water Faction, the battle between eternal Enemy inevitably happens tonight.

Tales of Furious Chicken

The chickens of the Splinterlands have had enough. For too long, they have been kept in cages and pens. For too many generations, their eggs have been made into omelettes, their breasts and thighs into nuggets, and their most pristine feathers into rather tacky jewellery. Under the brave leadership of a great hero known only as The Alpha Chicken, all chicken-kind is finally rising up against their oppressors. This uprising, all across the Splinterlands, is known as the Cluckening.

The battle happened in a Wild Gold League, in a ranked match. The battle detail is Healed Out, Heavy Hitters, and Close Range rulesets with only 16 mana caps which is mostly very hard for most players to set up the perfect lineup since only Life Faction didn't participate in tonight's battle.

Battle Preparation & Strategy

With Healed Out ruleset, no point for me to using Xenith Monk, so I decided to use Water Faction Cruel Sethropod; since this monster only consumes 3 mana with very decent Armor and Hitpoints, I decided to use Poison + Sneak Meta. Since it will kill any monsters slowly but surely while anticipating my opponent using Sneak Meta too, I decided to put 2 Canon Fodder on my Backline.

I didn't want to use a Range-type unit because I still yet have decent monsters.

Did my Strategy Work?

Yes, I won this battle out of luck, and Chicken's unexpected Canon Fodder made this happen, and I almost can't believe my own eyes, Furious Chicken which very slow compared with Spark Pixies but still, The Chicken was able to reach and kill them.
