Time for the best Rebellion Rare cards that may increases in price after the release of Conclave Arcana set, I already do commune ones in my preview post, since Chaos Legion will rotate to wild and Rebellion will be 1 of the 2 sets on Modern format and as there a so few copies of each of his cards specially compared to Chaos Legion is expected to go up in value, of course nothing is guaranteed no part of this post should be taking as a financial advice, you should always do your own research before investing.
Did all cards will go up in value equally? No , some cards that has very small play or none more likely will not increases in price or at least at the same ratio than the good ones, so this is the reason of the post to check this cards , the ones that more likely will go up in price.
This post will check just the Rare ones, others rarities will be in future posts and communes has already been made.

Important Tip, Warning and note:
A Great tip: cards that will have Bloodlines could increases in value even the no popular ones that will not be in this post. However a powercreep of a card that can complete replace their role could reduce their value or not increases as much as others cards.
Be Carful: of inflated prices, some people are making flips and/or buying already lots of the same card expecting to sell after 1 or 2 months. Guiding only on the current prices will be a mistake.
Note: that this post is not taking into consideration the future Bloodlines of Conclave Arcana or the cards that has been reveled so far, or the current most played Rebellion cards.

Moxian Rebel
The top Rare rebellion card by far is even expensive than almost all epics cards, been expensive already may make the card not increases as much as others in % , for example this one in one month increases it price to double while some others cards increases to triple or x4, meaning the others cards was a lot better investment even though this card remain as the most expensive one.
Avina of the Wolf
Summoners as always are premium but not all are on the same place like the commons, this one is the best by far there are others 2 good ones and others 2 situational that you will not find yourself using too much and will not have too much demand.
Anasth Soothsayer
Normally this will be second, you know this card super mega annoying one that nullify complete Affliction ability, you can´t stop the healing of the tank, it make it with the combination of Cleanse and Tank Heal, normally I will put this one as second or even could be on first place but there is a new card for Water as well that do the same:
Tank heal plus Cleanse, slower with higher mana cost also legendary, it may not replace it complete. Yes I know I said I was not taking in count the upcoming cards for this post, I lie but just for this one.
Prophet Rosa
Second most popular summoner with higher rental price(maxed out) than the others 3
Underboss Fabino
This an example of a card that have been flip, you can see that there are only 20 cards for sell, no very convenient to buy this card right now(single bcx) unless it goes down in price.
Anachron Bolter
Headwinds plus Repair is almost an auto-win on only archers matchs, also dual attack and has his own armor to repair itself.
Wailing Wraith
It is pretty strong by himself dealing 4 damage, but you will play him normally with the Archer that give Protect plus Inspire giving him 7 damage with his double attack and even more if you use more protects ability.
Torch Vizier

one of the 2 not so popular summoners but they will always have some value for been summoners.
Nomos
Argarux Magus
It has already insane stats for his low mana cost, if you are lucky and it kill something trigger his Bloodlust its going to make you win any low mana cost battle.
Helheim Demon
Always good to have a Taunt or an extra one, also a big magic attacker.
Flame Mephit
Another incredible strong card for her low mana cost, apparently is not very popular for some reason.
