National Budget Blockchain System
How I wish the Philippine Senate Bill No. 1330 would become a law to make all public funds traceable, transparent, auditable, and accessible in real time. Once made a law, hopefully, this will stop overpricing that generally characterizes government projects with privileged contractors, where kickbacks go straight to personal pockets.
