RE: School Shooting in Austria: New info about the shooter emerged, 21 y/o failed the psychological test of the Armed Forces medical exam and was declared unfit for service (with a gun), but later was able to get a gun license (WBK).
Data protection law should be reviewed where security issues are involved. Every information about anyone that wants a license should be made available to the authorities issuing the license so as to enable them take the right decision.
