I love this topic, and I’ve gone through the comments, and everything y’all said is on point.
In my opinion, one way men can reduce this whole pressure is that, they shouldn’t allow society detect how their life should go. Yes, people have much expectations from you and you’re not quarter to those expectations yet, slow down. Some days, give yourself that treat, don’t solve every puzzle, don’t say yes to everything. Don’t be “Monica” iykyk 😭 Brothers, I’m not saying you should be reckless but choose yourself if the pressure is getting too much. Because that’s what most of us do 🙊
Expectations from family will never end, so why yield to that? So my dears, don’t let what people say or expect from you kill you before your time.
