Thank you! 💚💜 I’ve also heard that about the colors — it’s like eating the rainbow gives your body a little bit of everything it needs. I’m trying to make healthier choices lately, and adding variety to my meals has actually made it more fun and tasty too. Thanks for noticing! 😊
