Well, the dude I fist saw doing this workout is 60 and is doing 200 pull ups and not 100 like me... So it's all relative and if you can't do one, then try one with assistance of bands. If you can do those then you still get the full benefit and eventually can move up to regular pull ups.
I've been working on my upper body strength, but I have a lot of gut to try and lift, so that makes it hard. It's not something I am super serious about. It would just be nice to know I could do one if I needed to.
