I think this is why I mostly prefer looking at the past in moments like now with all the FUD happening to gain more perspective on how things progress.

Zooming out is always the best way to cope with hard times... Having experience with similar situations in the past helps a lot with comparing and doing things better, when we have the "second" chance... 😉
