Las cabezas creo que son de los señores que pusieron sus dineros para construir el edificio. La mayoría son comerciantes.

I think the heads are from the gentlemen who put their money to build the building. Most of them are merchants.

My opinion is completely biased, I recognise it, but I also think that the city is beautiful. 😁
