RE: Does Having a Choice Mean You Consent?

Sometimes that force is hidden and the people making such a choice under such condition may not be aware of it. Although the person may feel like they consented, it was done so under manipulation. Hence brings up another question, is it consent if one has been indoctrinated to believe otherwise? I say no, because like contracts, one has to be aware of all the consequences if it is broken and all that is applied between the lines, and such consequences are not always explained fully. Take the Birth certificate for example.
