Does Having a Choice Mean You Consent?

Not every time you choose does it mean that you have given consent.

Consent has to have conditions to exist in order to be consent, and if those conditions are under the pressure of violence, hidden or otherwise, then it cannot be consent. In that case, with violence being imposed, a meaningful choice cannot be made with consent, but rather made in order to choose to preserve security.

The conditions for consent are voluntariness and agreement, which in turn require the freedom and ability to refuse.

Example:

You're exercising your right to travel on whatever tool you use to travel on, and a road pirates decides to pull you over to the side of the road. They flash their lights and blares their sirens right behind you to signal you that you are being stopped. You have the choice to comply, but you know through experience and observations while growing up, that if you refuse to do, bad consequences may likely be imposed upon you, and being how the human way of being is to choose what is more pleasurable over sufferable, you choose to comply. You comply because there is a threat against your will to freely travel and be left alone.

Mayhaps, though, there is a legitimate reason. Mayhaps you have committed some crime that requires you to be stopped and questioned and so forth. And id you are a conscious being, you would want to be properly informed of such details. But this is not usually the case. You're being pulled over because of pirate reasons. They want to know who you are, where you're going, where you're coming from, and extort your money through their system, by issuing you a summons to appear in their courts to pay their infractions because pirates gotta pirate.

Regardless of what those reasons may be for pulling you over, you recognize from the beginning the usual uniform pirates wear, what they drive in, and what they represent. You comply because you as an individual know the alternative can do you major harm, and also because you don't have the power yourself alone to dissuade pirates from pirating you. You are usually forced to give up your right to privacy for these pigs and be put into a system of mass surveillance via their computers mounted in their computers. They check on you, they register you, you are tagged like cattle are tagged on their ears. You have been labeled and processed and depending how that goes and how the officer feels, this may just go well enough for you that you get to see another day not being locked up behind bars.

I'll give you another example and try see if you can catch on to what it is that is missing on this one like the previous one.

Suppose you live in a world where you grow up being taught to need a plastic card with your face, a name given to you that is very similar to what your parents gave you, but in all capi|toll letters, it has also the decedent date(the same day you were supposedly born), a registered domicile, and a line where you sign your name like a contract that has a fine print so small you need a magnifying glass to read it that reads, "we got your ass." All of this as a requirement to live your life on the planet as a permission rather than an inherent natural right, and to add onto of it more, by signing this fine print, you unknowingly agree to be for ed into a military regime to protect the resources of your masters.

Now as yourself, does that seem fair? Would you feel like you have been cheated out of freedom? Or do you feel like you want to be kissed as a boot stomps on your kneck the rest of your life?

Dear readers, it's remarkable to me how many people would still consider this as legitimate consent, despite the facts, evidence, and sequence of events leading up to these unjustified methods of servitude to a ruling class. There is deep psychological problem with calling this as consent despite having the choice to disobey. the problem is, that the diseased belief that one must be ruled by force is a requirement to live a free life. It is— blatantly absurd.
