I mentioned the first one to him, he said he was going to pay everything back together.. the first debt last for a year. I just stopped replying to the text. Till today, they didn't pay back the first debt and it's been close to two years already.

Some people are just shameless, assuming you borrowed him again, he won't return as usual. It is good to be honest when dealing with others because we do not know when we may need their help again.
