You are correct, floods are wrecking havocs in some countries, which is one of the reason we are discussing it. Political leaders and government can work together to ameliorate the pains of the masses when this occur by enacting laws, policies and units thag can mitigate or reduce the impact on masses rather than playing politics with it.
