I will look into it, do some math and see where the issue resides as indeed that is not right. Thanks for providing this feedback and I will sort it out.

oh wow... thanks so much... i thought maybe it was me somehow because of the delegation (also owned by me.) or something like that.
but the more i looked the math wasn;t mathing. The numbers pulled in look right just the KE calculation makes me *drum roll * "an extractor" lol... which im not :-)
Thanks so much and I LOVE tools like this :-) i hadn't seen anything with comments and things before. so that was cool.
