Yep, even if you give a 5 year old kid over dose of Panadol, then he or she could faint instantly & if dose is to much then liver failure will occur. In paksitan, government is more interested in roads, you know if you know :)

I have seen in a Pakistani drama where father dosed new born child and then begging......
He/she died in the end. Wife left him. I think it was "akhari station". At that time, it was used to help your kids sleep better.
