That's actually concerning, especially when people start treating these syrups as harmless just because they're so common here.
Pakistanis would save money on their health then spend more on an expensive food food/junk food.

Yep, even if you give a 5 year old kid over dose of Panadol, then he or she could faint instantly & if dose is to much then liver failure will occur. In paksitan, government is more interested in roads, you know if you know :)
