Last week the buzz was all about the CLARITY ACT,
"The US Senate Banking Committee passed the Digital Asset Market Clarity (CLARITY) Act by a 15-9 vote, advancing a comprehensive crypto-regulation bill to the Senate floor. The updated 309-page draft includes over 100 amendments, notably a key compromise on stablecoin yield and revisions concerning decentralized finance (DeFi) oversight.'*Google
While the Text is available, it requires significant study, even without the amendments that they were voting for/against last week. It still needs to be passed by the Senate, and then signed by the President. What will this mean for Bitcoin, and other chains?
