Accept that civilization peaked in the 1990s? Never!

Noooo I refuse to believe it. Civilization might have peaked in the 90s but the transformations that are taking place are too often put in the science fiction category, when much of what was only theoretically possible in the 90s is now real. We have digital music now and instantanious global communications (including video chat) and VR layers in the AR, 3D printers are better than ever yet still slow adoption and high cost, once that goes down we will see a lot more 'emailing objects' and robots walking, taking care of tasks for humans. The robot economy will be an ofshoot of the AD economy, amazon web services as well as global shipping and delivering, will evolve as drone carriers and automated systems become more common. Even now I hear the postal strike is on again, full strike. So for another year alternative services like fedex and ups will have booming profits as supply chains find new equilibrium and the old system grinds to all but a halt. Gold is up from $266 USD in Jan 2000 to $3747 USD , blasting past $5223 CAD. The future is more expensive, energy costs are rising too but really we have more access to higher quality goods and services than ever before, and more money to make than before too. You can think "Who wrote that song", and find an entire album collection and have it delivered to your door within minutes. We can imagine concepts and generate AI generated images to go with them, and even use GPTs to plan out entire workflows and simulate scenarios. The future is turning out to be all I hoped it could be and more, let's stay out of the fear dimension and focus on how GOOD things can be! That's what I think about it anyways. The 2030s are going to be awesome, if we can work hard to afford the flying cars and new industries that are starting up right now, trying to get venture capital to support them. We get what we pay for, and i'm spending too much at Dollarama and Walmart, but on the other side of it, I am so grateful I can get all these things I need regularly and conveniently at relatively affordable prices. I believe we are capable of learning and applying the best ideas now so we can synthesize what benefits there are from the past and the present for future potential. We have survived this long and what for- to grow.
