All three of your submissions were received.
We are open to suggestions regarding ways to improve the process.
We discussed asking for an email address, so that we can send a confirmation. However, we thought some folks might be hesitant to give us their email address. I guess we could make that optional, i.e. "If you want an email notification confirming your submission, please provide an email address."
Any thoughts about that?

The procedure is okay but the last step 18 is what is making it complicated. Instead of submitting straight away after steps 1-17 have been followed, it displays something else as shown below. If this can be rectified it will be okay. I expected it to show submission successful
