Sometimes the truth is circumstantial. Of course, it's wrong to lie to cause harm, but we do it when it suits us, so we don't get hurt ourselves. That's why the concept of a white lie exists. It might seem hypocritical not to practice what you preach, but it all depends on the right circumstances.
