Whatever the WOOF that's supposed to mean.

Maybe YOU know what it means. Maybe you know what it tastes like. Maybe you know how many squares of TP make up a roll and how many tin-soldiers died when Humpty-Dumpty fell down and broke his crown.

Maybe you're not sure if you know how to join metaphors in funky new ways and call them literature, art or fArt – stating to yourself that it is or isn't, or wondering if it simply has or hasn't been.

Maybe you don't actually have to think about anything much because the creative process takes over and everything that emerges has the 'Q' word all over it...but then maybe you don't give so much of a shit about accolades coz you just feel it and that's what counts.

Mebbe you know what a Dawg knows.

Are You Game?

As a Quality Content Creator (whatever that may mean) you may or may not feel that you are getting the attention from curators that your content deserves.

You may be fairly new on the Block and not be well-known.

Perhaps you've been around for a while but your Quality output has been stomped upon by folk with big boots who didn't like it.

You'll have your reasons for disquiet, if such be present in your experience of blogging.

If you're already well-known and 'successful', you're welcome too. Quality is Q innit!

The Point Of This Dawg-Eared Post For QCCs:

• the process of actively seeking and curating Quality is at the core of VYB's founding principles. It is TOP priority and a BFD.
• encouraging QCCs (like you :) to use the VYB (and POB) tags are a number of BIG accounts performing manual curation. If you look at the first page of top VYB holders, you won't find many names that are not regularly active in manual curation.

And THEN There's The 'VYB Curation Project' (VCP):

The vyb.curation account has been setup to support the VYB Curation Project which you can read about here. The vyb.curation account also heads an upvote trail currently being followed some large accounts. This makes for some high-value votes in both VYB and POB.

The VCP is a community-focussed project with a number of dedicated (and incentivised) curators scanning the VYB and POB spaces looking for Quality content to support, engage, encourage and reward. When a curator comes across a candidate post which is considered to have those qualities of originality, authenticity blah blah blah, @vyb.curation is summoned and delivers an upvote of varyingly hefty proportions (in both VYB and POB).

There You Have It:

The VYB (and POB) space is FULL of VCP curators on the lookout for what could well be your content. Their role (job even) is to spread around all the daily tokens that need to be used up. These guys are hand-picked, hawt and incentivised to find those posts. The stats and figures for the project, once they come in, will of course be public.

In addition, and as indicated, there are manual curator whales like Frot and Onealfa who go round smashing buttons like Gawds. You might just find your post BOOMed into three digits :D.

All you need to do is add the tag 'VYB'. You may as well add 'POB' too if you have room. There are other tags you could use, but we're keeping it simple innit.

It's defo worth having a look at the 'official' documentation linked to above. It lays it all out pretty clearly and a read-through may eliminate any potential misunderstandings. Feel free to ask away in the comments if there is anything.

This project is new and the space is not yet congested. There's plenty of elbow room atm. Attention is swiftly inflowing.
