Thank you guys for your big balls, hard work, research and tenacity. It’s a huge effort to get to and stand up to the truth and you take a lot of arrows on the way.
My 18yo son decided to stand up for his rights and challenged the STATE OF TEXAS INC. and their claim. It’s been a 6 month ordeal that could be a movie script. Tuesday 3-19-19 he was sentenced to 10yrs probation, 6 months in county jail and 12 months in a half way house, it’s his first offense. An expensive lesson but a lot was learned and the war isn’t over, they won that battle.
The information you guys shared will appear in his appeal-objection in the nature of a writ of error as we continue to expose the fraud that occurred.
He never claimed the name, the statute was for PERSONS which in their definition section are legal entities and the charging statute lacks the required Enacting Clause at Article 3 section 29 of the Texas Constitution. We also discovered NONE of their statutes have the enacting clause!

A magistrate in a court has to first establish jurisdiction. As long as you don’t stand, sit or claim your persons name then they can’t establish jurisdiction and therefore there is a stop on proceedings. As soon as you answer to your surname, you consent and contract with them.
As long as you submit your persons birth certificate, then you have appeared in court. You are the administrator of the person, not the person."

Be careful of the maxim, "he who enters the court corrects the error in the name" ... If you enter the court, you have been assumed to have consented, if you opened any mail from any government department also including the court or police, you have claimed the mail (Article) and agreed to the the standing of debtor of their system and you will lose ..."

you never have to go to court.... lol .... you have no business in their courts, they are the courts for the debtors, those that have claimed the false name. Their money is worthless and you only need to go to court to get their money! ... lol ... whatever you buy with their fake money, you take from yourself and buy it for the foreign bank because you became their citizen-trustee-debtor, their property, their slave so what belongs to the slave belongs to the slaves master! ... If you want anything, just tell them, make sure your standing in the right office, the right birth, and notify them of your needs I assume ... their bills are only offers for you to accept ... Sometimes its just easer to remain in the office/birth of the debtor ship and go through the process .... I was lucky in a custody case, I agreed to everything but set compensation charges for anything over 50/50 custody and I even notified them of a $20,000 bond if she took the child away from the town we lived... In the end they agreed to the 50/50 custody because they didn't want to be lumbered with compensation. Let the other half have your children but just notify them of the damages caused by the pain and upset you will suffer if your children are taken away... that way there is no conflict, its all offer and acceptance... Charge the Court, they are just a private business, they are not really any court... "

Hi Romley this should be of interest to you mate. Some of you might recall a post i made a few months back when i contacted the land transport agency with regard to how my name became all capitalized on my drivers licence and their response was that the computer is programmed to print it that way and it has been for some time and to revert it back to proper English would cost them millions. My 80 year old mother recently renewed her licence, and her name on the licence is in normal English, i suspect that the Cestui Que Vie trust that the all caps name is attached to has now been dissolved as once you hit retirement you are no longer a wage earner and you are reverted back to the land of the living. Those who are interested in this might like to confirm this by looking at some ones drivers licence who has recently retired and also renewed their licence. Please let me know if you can confirm this. i was talking to my mum last night and she told me this week she had received a parking ticket and the fine that was sent out to her in which the name on the fine was in proper english and not in all caps, i asked her to look at her recently renewed licence and it is also in proper english and not all caps. I suspect that any one who is of retirement age is no longer attached to the Cest que vie trust. Maybe it is because the estate they dissolve upon your death is your own personnel equity you have accumulated out side of their cest qui vie trust. Does this make any sense to you ?"

You may notice that the name will be the full name in proper English text that includes the family name such as: "John Henry Doe" and the letter or driver license name would not have been just the Christian name: "John Henry" ... The all uppercase name is the Office, I assume that the proper noun will be the natural person that holds that office. The incorporated name such as: "John Henry" and "Doe" incorporated into one name such as: "John Henry Doe" is not your name! that is the corrupt name that is the property of the State and if you assume that the incorporated name is your name, you are agreeing to act as the trustee for the name that is the property of the State. The creditor proper name is: "John henry" and the debtor name is: "John Henry Doe"!!! ... be careful! what is the name on the driver license??? .... Your name being the Christian name only? or the combined name "John Henry Doe"??? .... lol ... very tricky! ... You will also notice that the street or town name on the letter sent to you will be GLOSSED ... Any gloss (ALL UPPERCASE TEXT SYMBOL) is a warning that there is some sort of military trust going on here somewhere! ... This is what I "assume" based on what we know of the DOG-LATIN text ...."

Thanks Romley . I have not actually seen the fine sent in the mail or her renewed licence I am only going by what she described to me on the phone. I understand what you are saying about the christian and surname still being incorporated even with it in proper english which she says it is on the fine and licence John Henry Doe. I did not ask if the street name was in all caps but will find out next time i call her. Thank you for your time Romley much appreciated in all your efforts to uncover all of this. Here in SA in 2022, we are required to purchase Compulsory 3rd party insurance alongside our car rgistration and are given 4 insurers to choose from. I have recently received my reminder to renew my registration from SA Government addressed to 'all uppercase first, middle and surname'. A week later, I received a reminder from AAMI the insurer also reminding me of my registration renewal, however it is addressed to my first and last name (the first letters in both names are uppercase and the remainder letters in lower case. Does this mean that I (the Incorporated uppercase dog latin version) am infact not insured?"

as in got him in prison??? no way, he just got out by pleading guilty to a pile of false charges, I pleaded guilty to 7 false charges when they tried to lock me up for 10 years as a domestic terrorist , but I did it in the very beginning, When I pleaded guilty, I had my CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH, in the court room and offered to accept all charges for a trustee compensation charge of millions, they had to mitigate the charges to nothing in order to get rid of my charge of compensation to accept their charge... Rohan refused to make a plea of guilty at first, and after 25 months in prison he couldn't see any other way out so he pleaded guilty and they let him go that day but after 25 months, pleading guilty to false charges is a hard thing to do... ... I was powerless to do anything, because the people of this land let their politicians sell this land out. Its not me that put Rohan in prison, its you, the people that did nothing and kept their heads in the sand taking the benefits of their foreign state, you that hold the false full name that contains the false surname... if anything, Rohan was still tryi
