That's a really great point. I think everything has a down side, maybe not everything is bad, but there is always something that someone may not like.

Exactly! That's a key difference between someone that wants to sell you because they know that is the best for you, and someone that only cares about their paycheck. The person who takes your needs into account will give you the space to analyze the offer, without pressuring you to make a decision.
