I wish we could have some of that decent weather here! Our two weeks of decent spring weather were over long ago and now we're in the midst of the stifling summer humidity. The food looks great! I'm set to try chicken thighs on the Ninja Woodfire for the first time. I've never grilled these before so it'll be an adventure. Our weekend was decent too. We're planting a couple of trees in the back yard and have to have some surveying done to make sure there are were no utilities buried where we wanted to plant.

I wish we could add more trees to our backyard, but I don't think we would be able to see the returns. Especially if we plan on moving in a few years. I've never done thighs before. My wife doesn't eat meat on a bone and she also doesn't eat dark meat, so we usually stick with breasts unless it is just for me. Tomorrow the heat index is supposed to climb into the 100 degree range, so that's probably what you have right now.
