I always love some good fish! Not Catholic either, but living in the tropics I got spoiled with so much fresh fish. Shame you won't have a chance to get together again this year, but that's just how life work. Busy schedules everywhere.
Relationships are very fragile and it doesn't take much to screw them up if you aren't careful. Some people are overly sensitive in my opinion, and you do have to walk on egg shells around them. I tend to avoid spending much time with those folks... Sorry to hear the wife is having a rough time with a friend, it happens. Hot messes are never fun to deal with, and I hope she gets through this one OK!
Same thing here on Hive, some people are way to sensitive and get offended easily. I don't, I don't see a reason to honestly. But I have seen people stop talking to one another over tiny disagreements or misunderstandings here on Hive. It's sad to see, but part of the ecosystem in the end I suppose...
Yeah, it seems to be happening more and more. I think he and I will still get together, but probably not before Lent is over. We will just have to hit up a bar that has fish all the time.
