Here I'm talking about the historical prevalence of anxiety and how it was incorporated into our every day lives. We were all on survival mode. But now we seem to "shy" away from it if it is a bad thing. Give it a shot!

Here I'm talking about what you can do to alleviate Anxiety. Some quick tips to help alleviate the onslaught of anxiousness in your body. These help me a lot, I'm hoping they will you too!
