So I've expanded on my Pyresoul thesis.

The Flame will start off small. Whatever The Flame earns daily, everyone with Pyresoul will get a piece of our hive.

Who earns Pyresoul? Well, those that are connected to The Brotherhood on discord.

But that's not all.

Pyresoul will extend to all projects we have touched in the past. You own some Pimp? With @enginewitty? Great, you earn Pyresoul.

Own a little LBI? Yup, that means you're included too.

SPI? For sure you're included. @silverstackeruk has been doing us solids since we began. Any of our projects connected with him too.

Neoxag? Yup, if it wasn't for @neoxian I'd not have a project. Along with others.

If you've networked with us, connected with us, helped us, worked with us in the past -- then yes. Your tokens will earn pyresoul.

How do I weight this? Well, tokens are weighted in hive and a formula I've set for soul. So each token earns differently dependent on their price.

You'll also earn passive Pyresoul if you delegate to any of our voters so that we can keep voting on The Flame. That's @brofi, @legionsupport, and @gifufaithful - that means hive on top of your tokens.

Cool, huh?

What does that mean? Well, it means the more tokens you have in a particular project connected with us then the more Pyresoul you will earn, and consequently the more hive you will receive from us.

How do we get this hive? Well, The Flame takes a 10% cut from authors on a daily basis. They earn, we earn, you earn. We will take 50% of these daily proceeds from the 10% cut and distribute it through Pyresoul.

You cannot buy, sell or trade Pyresoul.

Think of this as a true reputational system on hive. Not one of regular showing up, but what you give to others, and not take away.

Your pyresoul grows the more you give, and not to just us but other projects too.

For sure it'll be small at first. But we'll grow.

As more tokens are bought, and people earn more hive for the effort of doing so -- then you will come, oh yes, you will.

Of course this is purely dependent on how our artists feel the need to post on The Flame -- and how often they post, but I'm sure people will click on eventually.

And I'm always on the lookout for people that write with heart and soul. Always searching, always watching.

I will yes. I'm still deciding on which ones to include. I'll do that on Monday once I've made my decision.

I will admit to you that yes, pyresoul will eventually be a way to uncouple us from the reputational system of hive and allow us to be more free.

Like the full idea perhaps in the distant future is to be a community that has lots of avenues for people to grow on different chains.

Building pyresoul is like an in-house way of keeping everyone focused on the missions at hand and not straying too far off course and also keeping it close to our core.

The real end goal is to just have a big de-fi pot that pyresoul takes from and distributes to everyone.
