It seems i will also be consistent with my daily quests, probably i may get the chance to win amazing cards like these.
But my question is, is it possible for free to play players to get this epic cards or is it only for those who already gotten their spellbooks?

Thanks,. You can get them even if you don't have a spellbook. The Frontier format was for beginners and free to play players.
