My Splinterlands Diary - My Black and Gold Arcane Foil Cards
Hello, Splinterlands players! I hope everyone is having a great day and enjoying their battles in the game.
Today, I’m sharing another part of my Splinterlands journey as I showcase some of my ultra-rare cards. These are the highly coveted Black Foil and Gold Foil Arcane cards, which are among the rarest and most exciting cards to collect.
These special cards can be won through the weekly raffle draws. The tickets needed for the raffle are earned by completing your daily quests. That makes staying consistent with your daily quests really important if you want to increase your chances of getting one of these cards.
For me, collecting these rare variants is one of the fun parts of playing Splinterlands. You never know when your next quest or raffle ticket might lead hit the jackpot. Hopefully, I’ll be lucky enough to add more of these incredible cards to my collection in the future.
The ultra-rare variants already come in maximum level so there's no need to combine them.
The Time Bandit card is very special. It's the only card that has Cleanse ability. It becomes essential during battles with poison or burning. This card is the second most used in my ultra-rare collection.
Wild Horse Tamer is an epic card. Despite the rarity, it's disappointing that it has no ability whatsoever. Therefore, this card is all looks but in terms of usefulness, it takes a back seat to other cards. At least it became prettier with a new skin but needless to say, I seldom use this.
It's shiny and glowing. Black Widow, inspite of common rarity, is the most frequently used among the three cards. It has Poison so it's better than Wild Horse Tamer who has the same attack power but without armor and ability. Black Widow is commonly in my roster every time Death comes to play.
Collecting these ultra-rare Black Foil and Gold Foil Arcane cards makes my Splinterlands journey more exciting. Every time I complete a daily quest, I get another chance to earn raffle tickets. One of those tickets might turn into an amazing card. I’ll keep grinding and completing my quests. Hopefully, I’ll have even more rare cards in the future.
