I don't know if the rules are the same there as they are here. But in the US, I use their plates, and I record the title attached with an affidavit stating the state is not the beneficiary but the trustee. This means I don't have to re-register or to pay the taxes ie. registration fees. You can file an injunction with the sheriff and local police which puts you on a do not detain list. The reason I use their plates is for the plate scanners. Once they scan your plates they'll think twice about even approaching you. I see a car as a usable item and not my car at all. I discharge the debt by administrative process instead of using my hard earned money to pay for it. There's no reason to put yourself in harms way when you don't need to."

I assumed that it would have been the same here but just met with dumb ignorant thug police. What you say sounds correct and well worth looking into but Australian government agencies are nearly impossible to work with as soon as something is different for them. Filing the CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH and not the STATE BIRTH CERTIFICATE places the state as the trustee of the CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH (Certificate for the Christian account) I assumed I had done everything right, every time in Court I was let go without a charge but it didn't stop the bashing, the arrests, the rude treatment, the death threats, the punches in the back while in the watch house but always walked out of the court without a charge .. Property was never returned. That's why I must expose the fraud in the foundation of their documents because in Australia they are not upholding administrative process from what I assume. . . They are forcing every one here to act as the trustee of their state by terror, threat and extortion, remember, we were disarmed over the Tasmanian Shooting (Port Arthur False Flag) and ever since then, the government has become doctorial to the unarmed people of Australia. Your public still holds a lot of power over the government if it does step out of line and I hope you never fall for gun control or it could be the end of any hope for the world to hold accountability over such governments."

They take what you were not aware that you owned. As a Person, you owned nothing but you were not born a person, you were born a man, if you read 1:26 of Genesis, you may understand what you lost by becoming a person. A person is an incorporation, being a corruption of the pure name that Christ gave you and confirmed by your birth certificate. If you lose the name of the one that was granted "dominion" than dominion, being the highest of authority, is what you lost. If you had the authority over the land than anything mined or sold from the land would be under your will, your control but if you lost the legal link to that authority by holding the wrong name, than such authority that was granted to you in the beginning via your birth right, may fall into the hands of another man. That's what you lost, not your energy but your authority and your own birth right to the land you were born on."

Yes but I don't want to make any comment on his personal standing. I found evidence that the full name that includes the Given name "John Henry" and the Heritage name, "Doe". being the incorporated name, "John Henry Doe" has been claimed by the registrar General of the State first, (Evidenced in the margin of the Certificate Of Birth) rendering the incorporated name as copyright State Property. They claimed the incorporated name first and that statement is signed by the Registrar General of Births Deaths and Marriages. If you claim his name, "John Henry Doe" as your own name, you become the trustee of his name being the State name rendering you as the trustee of the State and whatever you do while holding the State owned name, you will need a license for. The incorporated name: "John Henry Doe" is State copyright property, the given name "John Henry" is also State property but the given name is the beneficiary of the creditor office "JOHN HENRY" within the state. The incorporated name "John Henry Doe" is the beneficiary of the "debtor" office "DOE" in the state, not the beneficiary of the Creditor office in the State, leaving the unsuspecting holder of the state owned "John Henry Doe" liable for all the debts of the office of the debtor!....
The registrar general is the first legal title holder of our birth right to the state we were born on, rendering the registrar general as the first trustee-debtor so he created a name for himself that tricked the masses into assuming the registrar generals name: "John Henry Doe" to be our name but the evidence that our name is only : "John Henry" and not "John Henry Doe" appears on both the "State BIRTH Certificate" and the "Certificate Of Birth". Why people refuse to believe the information on the Birth Certificates, I have no idea??? .... If you hold the incorporated full name: "John Henry Doe", I assume that you are and always will be assumed, by the state, as the foreign debtor of the State and no matter what you say or do or scream blue murder, the fact that you claim the Registrar Generals full incorporated name "John Henry Doe", confirms you as the resident trustee of his foreign state. The date of birth of the state owned: "John Henry Doe" is also not the born date!!! .... I did try and explain this to the one that you mention but the theory was rejected by him and I was then called all the colorful names under the sun and his verbal abuse extended to my daughters so I don't get involved with his research anymore."

the other certificate has been there all the time, its just the Christian name and the date of birth is the registration date. Give your Christian name only and the date of registration as name and date of birth, that should get you the other certificate being the certification that the registrar general is the first debtor and the Christian name is the creditor of the first trust..."
