About your post and mana usage.
I like be creative too!
Abilities and synergy is more important than use of all mana.
Sometimes best team for 40-50 mana is better than team for 80 mana.
I think you play with wild pass, cuz I see old cards or it was just a survival mode?

Anyway usually is good to pick first tank with void ability, many players play with magic damage when they can with lorkus, dragon type summoner or something else. So you need to have tank, which can take a lot of magic damage like lord arianthus for 5 mana .

When you use peakmonsters you can see all the cards with void - it search with void armor too, is not bad but void is better.

You can too pick card during battle via ability, which I recommend.

So basically you need a strong tank and then you need support with heal or corrupt heal and some main damage dealers.

There are only 3 cards, which use this ability to heal all your team, which you can play with death color.
