I think per capita income is slowing down everywhere. The differences of income inequality are major nowdays. Moving out is not easy option because of family, occupation and job scarcity. Let's all hope for better days. !PIZZA

You're right. Moving house nowadays, especially if you're renting, is much more complicated. I also hope that better days will come and that it won't take too long.
