US Lawsuit Against Adani

Yesterday US has filed a case against Indian Businessman Adani where they have filed a case against Adani because Adani has given bribe to Indian Policticians. And because Adani also operates in US, they have filed a case of bribery.

Because of that yesterday the market gone down and Adani shares were badly hit. I thought the market will go down today too, but it was totally opposite today where the market has gone up by more than 2% today.

Now coming back to the Adani. Almost all the Indian Businessman give bribe to the Indian Politicians. Leave Businessman every people have to give bribe to get our work done. Like 2 weeks back I have to pay some amount for my Passport Verification renewal. And this is the case in any of the documents you have to do here in India.

So it is not new because we all know that if you are not doing bribe, you cannot do nay work out here in India. If you have to get a land registered, you have to give bribe to the Sub Registrar and so on. The thing is all the business man give bribe, now problem is with Adani is that he got caught.

Now we cannot say thief a thief until and unless they get caught. Similarly since all Businessman gives bribe, they don't get caught and thus no charges. But since Adani got caught, he has to face the criminal charges which can lead to the jail term.

Today was unexpected since the market moved above 2% and thus might be it is a fake rally or might be really there a rally. Since the Chinese market was little down, so I think because of that some investment came here in India. But who knows, what will happen in Monday. Let's see.
