LBI Weekly Holdings and Income report - Year 2, Week 28 - week ending 8 Feb 2026

Another week in the books, and LBI keeps riding out the market storms. Volatility all over the place this week, and I even had to add in a price for HBD as it broke peg, although it looks like it is getting back close today. What has this meant for our fund? Let's take a look...

Here are the prices at cut-off time for this report:

Assets

@lbi-token

I pulled a bit out of the PWR pool this week. There where some opportunities to pick up cheap DAB assets, and so I used some of the HIVE in the LP to pick up some stuff. Check the DAB section below for details. Other than that, we acquired more DUO, our BEE unstake continues and that's pretty much it.

@lbi-leo

We got a big chunk of yield in from Leostrategy on Thursday, which covered some back pay from missed yield payouts. It has made for a good income week, but it is not clear what days of missed pay were caught up. And then we have had more missed pay's since then. I'm struggling now to figure out what we are still owed as the lump sum payment has confused me. Probably still owed another 20-30 HBD, but I'll try figure it out when I have more time. Will continue to hold off any further purchases until this is all properly sorted out.

@lbi-eds

No changes. Yield came in, and we grew by 47 EDSI over the week.

@lbi-dab

Changes here for this wallet, with extra funds invested to pick up some opportunities. 546 RUG, 1083 DBOND and 146 DAB were purchased this week and added to the wallet.

Growth - 38.411 DBOND and 49.617 DAB for a total of 88.028 Hive value increase. Getting there but it is still not 100. The full week with these extra assets will show how close we are.

@lbi-cent

I've simplified the spreadsheet a bit, having one line item for all cent instead of showing each pool seperately. The wallet continues to be our highest yield holdings, and I'll look to keep adding funds where I can.

Totals

After a volatile week that saw us drop below the $20,000 mark for the first time since June last year, we ended up back at $22,000 by today, which is a drop of only $500 from last week.

We remain around 50% LEO assets.

Income

Here is the good part this week. We got a bunch of pay from Leostrategy to make up for missed payments. This gave the income a boost for the week. Since then however more payments have been missed, so obviously whatever the problem has been (Hive nodes apparently) is not fully resolved. There was no indication when the payments came through what days they were for, so tracking what is still missing is becoming harder and harder.

More funds for dividends this week. I'd love to see those sorts of numbers every week, but some of it is a one of thanks to the LSTR backpay.

Burns

Aside from the 24.234 LBI burned from our regular weekly burn noted in the image above, this week we have used another 1500 HIVE to buy back 1136.572 LBI this week. These have been burned. All up, we have now used 5500 HIVE to buy and burn 4858.545 LBI at an average price of 1.132 each.

Liquidity

Pools were reasonably active this week, with volume being generated by the buy-back program. LBI's prices in the pools are getting closer to the asset backed values, so the burn program is working and prices are holding after each buy-back is done. This week there are 19,011 LBI in pools altogether, down 1000 from last week. This is expected as most of the buy-back has ended up coming from pools. This means LP's have been suffering Impermanent loss, which is the main down side of doing these buy-backs.

Conclusion.

An interesting week for LBI. HIVE continues to suffer, still sub-8c each at time of publication. HBD de-pegged, but is recovering. We end the week at $22,000, which is decent given the volatility over the week. Lets see what next week brings. Dividends have gone out.

Thanks for checking out this weeks update post. Have a great week everyone, let's hope it's a green one.

Cheers,

@jk6276 for LBI.
