Thank you for the mention @osomar357. I enjoy your writing - it's concise and eloquent.

It's hard to me wrap my mind around the fact the Trumps approval rating have fallen to about 36% (too high in my opinion) and yet these endless poles have no tangible effect on the people in the highest office, who forgot that they are public servants and not our rulers.

Imagine having a 36% score on your job performance report. You'd get fired, stat! But we have to wait tree more years to see how much lower our quality of life might become, how many rights can be stripped away, and how many international laws the executive branch is going to break for personal profit.

How much lower does it need to fall for there to be some action? 25%? 15%? or are the numbers are just there for entertainment, like a TV show.

I'm asking rhetorically, of course, but at the same time, actions need to meet reality - we cant allow a gov to reach such low # and not have some recourse!


Anyway, I really appreciate you sharing your views here. I think more readers will come.
