This is another POV, I guess the post you were referred to spoke from a different POV i.e the part where both couples would be too comfortable with their phones and forgetting bedroom thing is for them.

Yeah, you're right, the people who say to keep phones out of the bedroom only say that because of the bad effects you mentioned. I think they don't know about the good effects at all.
