RE: Voo and chill

I'm a long way from the kind of cash you throw into investing but I'm staring at my first 100k in the next year or two and I'm teaching my kids the same: 10 bucks regularly over time is a huge head start if you begin stashing it away as soon as you can at 18 or whatever age you're able to get accounts set up.

Got to start somewhere. There is no shame in that.

I was late to the game as my parents were on the struggle-bus most of their lives, so almost 100k in an RRSP (similar to a 401k but for Canada), ain't bad. I had to teach myself this shit, and while I'm bordering on 40, I've done more than my folks ever did already. If I can set the kids up to do even better than me, I'll count that as a huge win.
