Great help for new players!
Some comment though: have at least level 3 summoners of course depends on the rarity, level 3 common, lvl 2 rare or lvl 1 legendary I agree is the minimum to have an advantage over the level 1 / novice players.

Rent 50k sps is nonsense when you just start, in this list you can see what you need at what rating, this is for modern league

As you can see, many players new to the game will be somewhere around silver 3 at best so then you only require 2000 SPS (which I recommend buying at these low prices when you're serious about the game)

Also: every new player should join a guild!
