I agree that it’s a good idea, but you also have to be really good at creating Shorts/ShortAds (since they’re mostly pointless) and have a huge amount of traffic to make any money.
From what I’ve read: Payment comes from ads and YouTube Premium, and only after joining the YouTube Partner Program.
You actually earn much more from your affiliate links from Shopify, Amazon, etc etc ….
Yeah, of course, but you have to have hundreds of thousands of views first...
