I'm really sorry to hear this. I'll let @borniet know, since he handles the backend for BBH. This sort of stuff annoys the hell out of me. We have something incredible on Hive, and yet there are always people trying to game/take advantage of the system. I hope that you're able to find a solution, when your time permits, of course. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
