Managing an international team, a community or an organization through the internet is not always an easy thing, especially if you don't have the right tools in place you might need to run/connect everywhere. That's why, inspired by the fantastic work done by the contributors of Utopian-io, I had the pleasure to lead a small team to work on a a first light version of "iAmeAI Droplet" with the aim to facilitate the management and the outsourcing of the efforts of the teams working on the different projects of communities such as the Internet of Ideas and of SolidarityWorld like the @globalschool @ideamachine @ioverses or @iameai projects.

This application is very simple light and allows to manage in an easier way the decentralized organization that is SolidarityWorld: a group of organizations, communities, entrepreneurs and individuals cooperating on both common projects and personal projects that have in common a need for participation.

NB: This is a free version of one of the 30+ softwares included in the iAmeAI platform (not the iAmeAI itself). The droplet was made only to allow easier contribution from the @hiveeurope @hivetour @globalschool @solidarity @innovations @hackathons @tongo-logistic communities on iAmeAI and their respective projects. The application does not use any templates in the example below. Any template can be added easily.

When you have chosen a project to contribute to (from the homepage) you will be able to choose one of many possible roles.

🚧 Important : Any intervention for any project of @solidarity @innovations @ioverses @iameai will have to go through this tool, this so that we can more easily evaluate the effort made for the said contribution and have it processed by the communication team that aims to publish and monetize these contributions made on iAmeAI through different processes to recover data on engagement and also maximize the chances of rewards for those who use the system set up.

✍️ Contributions

👀 What is true for knowledge and open source is equally true for the realization of ideas. Knowledge or open source can be open, but if we don't have the time to devote to it then we will quickly be excluded or even isolated. What about ideas? If we are not able to realize them, it will take us a long time to find the right help and that means exposing your idea even if it is stolen and exploited before you have the means.

🗣 Having an idea and bringing it to fruition requires a great deal of skill and intervention from different experts.

👁 For a modern organization that relies on the fact of a shared vision by its members has a need for a decentralized architecture that allows the cooperation of contributors working at different rhythms and schedules.

💧 The essence of iAmeAI: Droplets

Droplets are the condensed, visible, concrete version of vapor (gas, volatile, inconsistently occupying a lot of space).
Its purpose is to bring value to the reader.

The value is a sense of the value of the content: educational or informative in the long run.

The money that is exchanged is a side effect, not a goal.

Writing is a commitment. Value is demonstrated by the community through upvotes.

You can also be demoted or reported.

The idea is to have a participatory contribution tool of the editorial quality of Medium, rewarded by blockchain, with the community quality/filtering of Stackoverflow.

HiveAgency brings together people with experience in their respective fields whose vocation is to help contributors of participatory projects to reap the fruits of their efforts and to communicate.

Indeed, contributing to a social project is done during one's free time, if one has to make extra efforts to outsource one's work, it is not a luxury that everyone can afford. That's why Hiveagency aims to allow iAmeAI contributors to focus on their efforts by minimizing their input vs. tracking their progress. As such, by using iAmeAI, contributors do not directly expose their contributions to the general public.

The contributions are processed by a communication team led by Wilfried Bakouan member of the @solidarity team.

The team's objective is to externalize the results and messages of the team as well as to disseminate or re-disseminate them in order to monetize them for the benefit of the contributors and the financing of the resources necessary for the proper functioning of the projects.

⚙️ Long-term value

The internet - the blockchain in particular - is a persistent place.

Therefore, content needs to be focused on long-term value.

Content that is new and gets upvotes has little more value.

The older the content, the greater its value.

⚖️ Equality of users

Wanting newcomers to contribute at the same level of appreciation as the dinosaurs is a plus for quality.

The only advantage an ancestor has over a newbie is that they have more experience with quality writing.

A content beginner with natural talent is just as likely to be appreciated as a dinosaur.

The number of followers doesn't matter. Does it even have to be visible?

Every time you publish a new article, only the quality of the article is considered.

A platform based on long-term value also prevents users from coming in and making money and leaving.

💎 Avoiding leakage

Some users will always modify the tool to serve an individual purpose.

Bitcoin, Utopian-io, Wikipedia, Steem and Ethereum are an inspiration for Droplets to know what it should and should not become.

Stackoverflow is an inspiration for putting value in the first place governed by the community.

Medium is an inspiration of what quality content should be.

Droplets need to adapt to real-world usage and tricks used throughout their life to maintain content quality.

Comme vous le confirmera @hivefrance ou @solidarity, gérer une organisation internationale à travers internet n'est pas une chose aisée, surtout si il n'y a pas les bons outils en place. C'est pourquoi, inspiré par le travail fantastique fait par les contributeurs de Utopian-io, j'ai eu le plaisir de mener une petite à travailler sur une version légère de "iAmeAI Droplet" avec le but de faciliter la gestion et l'externalisation des efforts des équipes qui travaillent sur les différents projets de l'internet des idées, de SolidarityWorld tels que les projets @globalschool @ideamachine @ioverses ou @iameai.

Cette application est très simple, légère et permet de gérer de manière plus facile l'organisation décentralisée qu'est SolidarityWorld : un groupe d'organisations, de communautés, d'entrepreneurs et d'individus coopérant à la fois sur des projets communs et des projets personnels qui ont en commun un besoin en participation.

Droplet est composé de deux volets principaux :

Contributions

Ce qui est vrai pour la connaissance et l'open sources est tout aussi vrai pour la réalisation des idées. La connaissance ou l'open source peuvent être ouvert, mais si nous n'avons pas le temps de nous y consacrer alors nous serons vite exclu voir même isolé. Quant est il pour les idées? Si nous ne sommes pas capable de les réaliser, il nous faudra un temps conséquent pour trouver l'aide adéquat et cela passe par le fait d'exposer son idée quitte a se la faire dérobée et exploitée avant que vous n'en ayez les moyens.

Avoir une idée et la menée à terme demande un grand nombre de compétences et d'intervention d'expertises différentes.

Pour une organisation moderne qui repose sur le fait d'une vision partagée par ses membres a un besoin pour une architecture décentralisée qui permet la coopération de contributeurs travaillant à des rythmes et horaires différents.

Droplets ou gouttelettes sont la version condensée, visible, concrète de la vapeur (gaz, volatile, occupant de manière inconstante beaucoup d'espace).
Son but est d'apporter de la valeur au lecteur.

La valeur est un sens de la valeur du contenu : éducatif ou informatif sur le long terme.

L'argent qui est échangé est un effet secondaire, pas un but.

L'écriture est un engagement. La valeur est manifestée par la communauté par le biais des votes positifs.

Vous pouvez également être rétrogradé ou signalé.

L'idée est d'avoir un outil de contribution participatif de la qualité éditoriale de Medium, récompensé par la blockchain, avec la qualité/filtrage communautaire de Stackoverflow.

HiveAgency rassemble des personnes d'expérience dans leurs milieux respectifs qui ont pour vocation d'aider les contributeurs de projets participatifs à récolter les fruits de leurs efforts et à communiquer.

En effet contribuer à un projet social se fait pendant son temps libre, si l'on doit en plus faire des efforts supplémentaire pour externaliser son travail, ce n'est pas un luxe que tout le monde sait se permettre. C'est pourquoi Hiveagency a pour but de permettre aux contributeurs de iAmeAI de se concentrer sur leurs efforts en réduisant au maximum leur apport vs à vis du suivi de leur progrès. Dans ce cadre en utilisant iAmeAI, les contributeurs n'exposent pas directement leurs contributions au grand public.

Les contributions sont traitées par une équipe de communication menée par Wilfried Bakouan membre de l'équipe @solidarity.

L'équipe a pour objectif d'externaliser les résultats et messages de l'équipe ainsi que de les diffuser ou rediffuser afin de les monétiser au profit des contributeurs et du financement des ressources nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des projets.

Valeur à long terme

L'internet - la blockchain en particulier - est un lieu persistant.

Un contenu doit donc être axé sur la valeur à long terme.

Un contenu qui est nouveau et qui fait l'objet de votes positifs n'a guère plus de valeur.

Plus le contenu est ancien, plus sa valeur est importante.
